Open House Signs
Open House signs are permitted on common property on either side of main entry, in front of the clubhouse, on either side of the Mangan Way entrance, or near the mailboxes in the Cele Section. (Corners within the community are the property of the respective owners and require their permission.)
Open House signs can only stand for the day of the open house and must be removed promptly.  

For lease/For Sale signs
For lease signs are prohibited within the community. 
For sale signs are allowed (one per property) not exceeding 2 feet by 3 feet in area.

Leasing 
Association has a policy capping the total number of leased units at any one time. Please check with management on availibility before purchasing investment property. 

Photos
Common area and community photos on this site may be used for advertising, or you may take your own during open office hours. 

Resale Documents
With our continued focus to provide superior service we have an automated information processing service which includes resale transaction processing, completion of lender/mortgage questionnaires, property inspection requests, realtor reports, appraiser information, acquisition of governing documents and more. This Community Archive service significantly reduces response time and increases accuracy, while allowing the user to have complete and easily retrievable transaction histories.

The only tool needed to use this new service is access to the Internet. After registering as a user, orders can be requested and completed without the need for numerous faxes, phone calls, and/or follow up. When selecting the appropriate document package please remember that the Reserve At Westcreek is organized as a condo regime and your lender may require the Condo Questionnaire.

Insurance Certificate
Consult with your insurance advisor or agent in order to determine the insurance coverage that best suits your personal needs. Reserve at Westcreek carries property and liability insurance coverage. It is recommended that you purchase building, contents and liability coverage for your unit. To obtain the details of Reserve at Westcreek coverage, contact:
